Strength N Motion International Basketball staff has over 100 years of combined playing and coaching experience ranging from NBA Hall of Fame to Collegiate All-Americans. With the cast of knowledge our staff holds, we will bring out the best in every player. Strength N Motion basketball training is based on the George “IceMan” Gervin Philosophy –“Slow is Quick.” “Slow is quick” is taking your time and building your skill set from the bottom up. We slowly work on every detail of your game starting with foot work on to the follow through from your jumper.

Four years playing professionally, Two years coaching high school level, Four years AAU Coach – 2016 National Champions.
Deleon Hines
Player Scout and Skill Development Coach,
University of the Incarnate Word
A native of Houston, Hines was a two-year captain and a two-time Heartland Conference Champion at Incarnate Word & also played 2 years professionally in Luxembourg. Hines currently serves as an assistant coach in the NBA GLeague, most recently with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. For Strength-n-Motion Hines provides skill development training and assists with all coaching duties during the summer months.
